Looking Out or Looking In

The view from inside a business is always different from the view that others have of it. It’s easy to be proud of achievements and successes and see the good things that a business does yet miss the more subtle signs that others can see, but often don’t voice. Sometimes what is just in the mind of a clients remains just an unvoiced thought.

Yet thoughts change behaviours.

When customers change their habits it’s often unexpected, odd. Odd to us because we are looking out, but not odd to that person.

If you are looking out for your business, who is looking in?
