Implementation plans should move you along your strategic journey, They should be paced, at the right speed, so that change happens in a controlled way. Inevitably as your business changes your view point changes too, so we also plan to adapt and evolve the plan as it progresses. We’ll plan at a high level over the timescale of the strategy, at a medium level over the next 12-24 months and in detail over the next 3-6 months.

The key output from this session is your commitment to delivery. It provides the detail of HOW to proceed.

During the first 3 months of that plan you may continue to refer to us for support and guidance in the context of what was agreed. This ensures that you can clarify and validate any aspects that highlight a gap in knowledge or unexpected impacts related to the plan.
