Mastermind Groups

Mastermind groups developed from the work of Napoleon Hill he said they were “The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony.”

We have been facilitating them now for many years. They provide insight, clarity, improve your decision making, encourage commitment, create and strengthen relationships, and bring opportunity as well as being enjoyable and sociable.

We use a proven framework that leads to purposeful action for attendees that can make an immediate and lasting difference to your business.

I have been involved with William’s mastermind sessions every month for the last three years. I continue to attend because every single time I receive the equivalent of thousands of pounds of expert consultancy time on either HR issues, sales, marketing, finance, training, publishing, PR, or technology.

There are three important aspects to any mastermind group:

  1. The attendees, who must be experienced, skilled and capable business people who share their knowledge. skill and experience to support others, and to be supported in the same way;
  2. The environment, which must be confidential and easy for people to speak and hear; and
  3. The facilitation which must be independent of the businesses under discussion, and in a professional framework. The facilitator must manage the contribution of all attendees with care, without undue constraint or direction and with perfect timing.
